BroadCall is available exclusively to members of the Utility Warehouse Discount Club, combining fixed line telephone calls, line rental and a high speed internet connection at an amazingly low package price.

BroadCall is available to all UK households with a BT phone line. To illustrate just what great value this represents, remember that BT charge most of their customers £12 per month just for line rental !

There are 2 different prices for BroadCall depending on whether new equipment has been installed in your local BT exchange, a process known as Local Loop Unbundling or "LLU".

If your local exchange has not yet been 'unbundled' and you connect to our BroadCall service, we'll check your local exchange every 6 months. If "LLU" has become available at that time, we will automatically reduce your monthly charges (as long as we have successfully transferred your line) to our lower "LLU" BroadCall prices.
The call part of BroadCall

We take over complete responsibilty for supplying your home phone service, so you won't receive any further bills from BT. But in the unlikely event something goes wrong, your line will still be repaired by exactly the same engineers in exactly the same way as if you were still paying BT's higher prices. BT quality service but at a lower cost..... That's Broadcall.

You keep your current home phone number and use your existing telephone(s) for making calls (unlike some other suppliers who only offer cheap calls using a low quality internet telephony service), while benefitting from savings of almost 50% on the calls you make most often - that's daytime calls to local and national destinations. You'll also receive unlimited Free Weekend calls to anywhere in the UK (compared with a fixed price of 5.5p per call on BT).
