telecommunications options available. Companies can review and if appropriate,
change their current provider to ensure they are receiving the best possible

best suit the telecom requirement for each

Electricity
Although the market for cheap electricity
prices and electricity suppliers has tightened up in the past few months,
reductions of the order of 12 - 16% can still be obtained. The marketplace is
continually changing as new players enter, build up market share and
consolidate their position.
Although the domestic market is fully
deregulated, consumers are reluctant to change, either because of misplaced
loyalty, or because they have changed once and experienced difficulties within
the changeover process. We try to ensure that the changeovers proceed smoothly,
keeping in touch with the new electricity supplier until the process has been
completed. Consumers who have never changed electricity supplier are generally
paying as much as 20% more than necessary.
Gas
The market for

industry.
