wait until all applications have completely loaded before trying to reconnect.

circumstances, Error 631 can be caused by incorrect connection settings or by
using the wrong modem or modem software. If a simple restart does not fix your
error 631, check that the modem is correctly installed and connected, whilst
ensuring that any old modem software has been uninstalled. If error 631
