PIPEX
tops the big five ADSL suppliers in latest research (11/05/06) PIPEX
broadbandhas topped the chart amongst the big five ADSL broadband suppliers in
a nation-wide survey carried out by price comparison website uSwitch.com and
YouGov. PIPEX beat the four largest ADSL suppliers BT, Tiscali, AOL and
Wanadoo, as well as cable operator ntl, in the research measuring customer
satisfaction.
Nildram
speeds up its broadband offerings (05/04/06) As of 31st March, Nildram
customers will have access to super fast speeds of up to 8Mbps. Existing
subscribers to Nildrams Business Broadband packages and Broadband2,
Broadband2gO and Broadband2gO Lite, can all upgrade to a faster speed without
paying a penny extra.
Super-fast
broadband is coming (21/03/06) Nildram is rolling out super-fast speeds
of up to 8Mbps from March 31st. Following successful trials as part of the BT
Max programme, up to 8Mbps will become available nationwide where exchanges
have been enabled.
Nildrams
8Mb broadband trial - more exchanges added (23/02/06) Nildram has added
a further 22 exchanges to its 8Mb broadband trial, taking the total number to
75. As part of the BT Max programme, the trial of the super-fast broadband has
been extended throughout the country to allow more users to take advantage of
the faster speeds.

to community pharmacies via Pipex (15/02/06) PIPEX has signed a major
reseller partnership with Cegedim, the UKs leading provider of pharmacy
management systems, to roll out ADSL broadband in community pharmacies as part
of the NHS New National Network, known as N3.

even better value from their broadband and home phone services. For just
£14.99 per month, new subscribers to PIPEX Start can benefit from speeds
up to 2Mb with a generous 1Gb monthly usage allowance, ideal for most users .
For an extra £2.99 per month, subscribers to PIPEX Start can choose a
special discounted PIPEX Talk package with 3,000 free minutes of talktime to
all local and national rate numbers, saving even more on their home phone
bills. For lighter home phone usage, PIPEX Start offers 500 free talktime
minutes to all local and national rate numbers at no additional cost.
Nildram
broadband gets Which? thumbs up (02/02/06) Nildram once again achieves
high praise for its broadband services in the latest survey from independent
review magazine Which? The magazines Best Buy survey of Internet service
providers (ISPs) places Nildram fourth, following a very high customer
satisfaction rating of 77 per cent and top marks for customer service. Nildram
also scores above average for connection speed and reliability, technical
support and ease of set-up.

8Mb broadband trial - exchanges doubled (02/02/06) Nildram has more than
doubled the number of exchanges included in its 8Mb broadband trial, enabling
even more businesses to upgrade to a high-speed service and benefit from
technologies such as voice calls over the Internet and remote working. As part
of the BT Max programme, successful uptake of the faster broadband has lead to
the increase of available exchanges from 25 to 53. |
