EFHBroadband.com broadband

EFHBroadband.com is part of Eurofasthost.com, an established Windows web hosting provider. The parent company, Worldwide Websights Ltd, was formed in 1997 to provide high quality web solutions to the SME market. Since then we have grown to provide our own hosting service, and now ADSL.

We have grown through building mutually beneficial relationships with our customers, and always aim to be accessible. This is in contrast to the larger ISPs where contacting them can be a frustrating experience. All of our customers have access to our Managing Director's mobile phone number – now how many ISPs can say that?

Migrations

We can now offer migrations to our service, subject to a few provisos listed below. The package fees are exactly the same as for our other customers, but the setup fee is reduced to £11+VAT (£12.93inc). When you migrate to us, you must choose a like-for-like package. So, for example, if you currently have a 512 50:1 service, you must choose our equivalent 512 50:1 service as your package. You should also have a MAC code from your current supplier - without a valid MAC code migration orders cannot progress. Migrations take around 7-10 days, so you should make sure your current supplier will continue to provide service during this period. You must also tell your current supplier that you wish to cease your services with them. All migrated accounts must be on IPStream and will remain on IPStream after migration. If you are unsure what this means, please ask your current provider. Unfortunately we cannot currently accept migrations from DataStream users.
